I am not able to talk to customer support. Although I was told by AI that somebody either by phone or e-mail will contact me, nothing happened. Please advise.

Said 1 year free for veterans. Trying to charge me anyway; I was directed to another page again.

Tried the help section, but no real help.

Tried to call, no help! Recieved an email from fox but the number that is in the email is useless.

So I paid 19.99 and I canceled the subscription before the payment, and right now it's pending. I just called my bank account number, and they said that if you guys can open and cancel it, I can get my cash back.

Nothing ever got to speak to anyone. Older people like to talk to someone, not a chat or machine. Can someone call me to straighten out this problem?

I got the phone in 2024 from Assurance Wireless. I never used it.

I put my SIM card in, but the battery doesn't stay charged when I'm talking, and I don't receive messages until hours later. The volume is low, and I can hear a lot of sound when I'm talking on the phone.

Can't speak with a representative in person. Their chat doesn't work either.

All I get is a lot of technical crap they need to resolve the issue. I really needed to speak in person with someone who speaks good English.

Everytime i charge it turn it on it shuts off immeditly . i need a new phone it gets hot by the sim card

East to subscribe but good luck canceling. So frustrating, and they just charge you for no reason at all. I am not sure what to do, and there is no customer service to call.

I had a question on why Google Maps here does not have an illustration. That doesn't help. Google Maps has no illustrations.

No Help at all. A services should make signing and canceling equally easy. I won't recommend this service to anyone.

I purchased fox one through Samsung smart TV. They both made it extremely hard to cancel.

I was unable to cancel in time for the charge to be taken out of my account. Neither fox or Samsung will take responsibility for refunding me. I have contacted them both multiple times and they both blame each other. Im on a limited income as most of us are these days so the money was extremely important to me at the time.

Very poor customer service as you cannot even call anyone at the company to explain what had happened.
